Sore stomach after i eat MCDONALDS?

Everytime i go to mcdonalds i order a big mac trio, after i am done eating the hamburger i get pain in my stomach...like a sore stomach feeling and i also have to go to the bathroom and it's diarrhea :/ why is this?
